About The Owners

Ms Gail E. Reams-Parker, President and Manager of "A Piece Of Cake, Inc." has been involved in the culinary industry for twenty-three years. Having developed a real love and interest in the art of food preparation, at an early age, Ms. Parker set out to devote her profesional career to this fascinating field.  With an academic degree in Home Economics and numerous culinary awards for her baking expertise to her credit, Ms Parker is now doing the production of Wedding Cakes, BirthdayCakes, and catering of pastries for her business formerly located at 8236 S. Cottage Grove for 17 years, is now newly located at 9649 South Western Avenue, east of the Evergreen Plaza Shopping Mall of Evergreen Park in Chicago, Illinois.  Gail Parker together with her sister Ms. Annette Ricks are the proprietors of A Piece Of Cake, Inc. in Chicago.
